Proactive Management Consultancy (PMC) was created from the founder’s belief that there are organizations that have good business or philanthropic ideas but some fail, simply, because they did not have an enabling system in place to help them:

a) Anticipate risks; assess them and decide on the way forward as to how to manage the accepted risks;
b) Develop or update efficient and effective control policies and procedures designed to better protect its assets;
c) put in place a governance system that assures an effective and efficient oversight of management decisions by an independent body (Board)

PMC aims to support both profit and not-for-profit organizations in the above areas.

It’s founder has several years hands on experience in the above fields gained internationally and has helped many organizations in these areas.
